Talk show hostess/comedic phenom Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have reportedly purchased a mansion on 13 acres in Montecito, CA. Real estate listings show the magnificent villa in Montecito pictured below recently selling for $22 million, and property records recently show a transfer occurring at this location to a trust with Ellen's CPA, Harley Newman, named as the trustee. It all adds up to this being Tilly Mint's new pad.

Jennifer Love Hewitt's new house

We know what actress Jennifer Love Hewitt did this Spring: she purchased this 4-bed, 4.5-bath, 5,634-square-foot home in Pacific Palisades, CA for $3,250,000.

Listing info states that the home was built in 2007 and designed by architect Melinda Gray.
