Talk show hostess/comedic phenom Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have reportedly purchased a mansion on 13 acres in Montecito, CA. Real estate listings show the magnificent villa in Montecito pictured below recently selling for $22 million, and property records recently show a transfer occurring at this location to a trust with Ellen's CPA, Harley Newman, named as the trustee. It all adds up to this being Tilly Mint's new pad.

Taylor Swift's house hunt in Rhode Island has reportedly ended with the purchase of this nearly 12,000 s.f. seaside estate on over 5 acres in the village of Watch Hill. With a home in Beverly Hills and 2 more in Nashville, T-Swizzle now might have as many homes as she has #1 songs.

Jared Dudley plays professional basketball for the Phoenix Suns but it looks like his heart still belongs to San Diego where he was born and raised. The NBA star purchased a 5-bed, 6.5-bath, 6,000+ square foot home there in March for $2,450,000.

The seller is Dr. Brian Weeks an Otolaryngologist. Wikipedia describes Otolaryngology as a "branch of medicine and surgery that specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the head and neck. It is the oldest medical practice in the United States and nearly 50% of all office visits pertain to the ear, nose, and throat." Jared Dudley's wife Christina is also listed on the property transfer record.

It Keeps Gettin' Better for Christina Aguilera. Xtina has paid $10 mil. for an 11,000+ square foot Mediterranean style home in Mulholland Estates according to TMZ. The purchase comes just after the pop diva sold the former home of rehab rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his recently estranged wife/manager Sharon. Xtina and her former husband Jordan Bratman purchased the home from the Osbournes in 2007 for $11.5 million.
